Power Supply: This docking station supports up to 100W laptop charging and is supplied with a dedicated 20V/2A (40W) adapter for the hub itself. This independent power ensures steady, simultaneous operation of multiple high-power peripheralsincluding 4K HDMI/DP displays, the M. 2 SSD enclosure, and all USB portsgreatly minimizing risks of disconnection, screen flickering, or SSD drops.
Note: For laptop charging, connect your own 100W PD charger (not supplied) to the USB-C PD input port, and confirm your host laptop's Type-C port supports charging.
Power Supply Guide: The included 20V/2A adapter powers the hub only (not your laptop); to charge your laptop, connect your own PD charger to the hubs PD Input port (charging speed varies by device); for nonPD laptops, using a DC charger requires exact voltage, connector and polarity compatibility to prevent device damage; for optimal stability under high-load use, Mode B (Expansion + Charging) is suggested.
USB-C 8K Triple Display: This Type-C to HDMI/DP multiport docking station hub supports mirror and extend display modes. Windows laptops can link up to three monitors for triple 4K@60Hz output via 2 HDMI and DP ports; a single display supports up to 8K@60Hz / 4K@144Hz (under DP 1.4 with DSC 1.2 ).
Note: Some Windows laptops may have limitations on external display count and resolution due to graphics card specifications.
Mac OS Limitation: Due to Apple hardware restrictions, MacBook/Mac mini (M4/M3/M2/M1) only supports ONE external monitor in extended mode; connecting 23 external monitors will function only in mirror mode, not extended multi-screen.
