Easy Height Adjustment To set your monitor to stay at any height you need, please adjust the spring to proper tension first. When adjusting the tension, please hold the arm to a horizontal position and turn the screw counter-clockwise when your monitor falls down and turn clockwise to reduce tension when your monitor goes up. |
2 Installation Options Supports both clamp and bolt-through grommet mounting methods. Clamp fits desk thicknesses 0.78" to 3.54", while grommet mounting works great with desk thicknesses from 0.78" to 3.15". The grommet hole should be 0.5" to 1.5" in diameter. |
