... well it won't fit inside of a Dell Precision.  This sucker is really tall compared to other 2.5 drives.  It's great for loads of data but if you're planning on sticking it inside of a laptop you're probably out of luck and will need to purchase a tall enclosure for it.

This drive's height is very tall for a 2.5. Be very careful about your inside dimensions before you purchase. It will not fit in most standard laptop spaces.

I do not know, but it is a safe bet that it will not. The Asus is thin and this hard drive is very thick. Perhaps a more knowledgeable person will respond, but I doubt it will fit. It will not fit in my HP laptop, I use an external connector for use aqnd connection.
