Does this come with SATA Cable??

Mine did not but I’m sure you could order one. My PC had one from the other bad drive that I was able to use.

Yes. This is not a SSD drive but a traditional SATA HD.

Will this work in an iMac?

It would depend if your iMac has the clearance to house it (would need to know model #). But if you are asking if this type of drive will work in a iMac, then the answer is yes.
