I made a mistake on my lats question. It should be without using RAID not using RAID?

Although the drive WILL work regardless of in a Raid or Just a single HD, I feel you should know that while the Stats and parts of the drive are superior to (for example) a gaming drive, you will notice a rather large difference in how long it takes to start up the drive, wake the drive, and overall you should remember these IronWolf Drives are meant for 24/7 always on NAS type use. I’m honestly not sure if purchasing this over a Barricuda by Seagate would be better in a system that isnt designed to stay on. Just some food for thought.

I'm new to the NAS technology, can this drive be used for data storage only in a Windows 10 system with using RAID?

If I understand your question correctly this drive is not restricted to systems using Windows 10 and RAID.  The drive can be used in any system with a SATA interface.  The operating systems of Macintosh (Apple), Windows, Linux, and so on are all usable for this drive just like any other mechanical hard disk drive whether in a RAID setup or as a standalone drive.  This drive has additional features that allow modern RAID systems to properly determine drive health when there may be an intermittent condition.  Also this dive has vibration correction mechanisms for operation of the drive in environments where there are many mechanical hard disk drives causing the chassis to vibrate.  This vibration correction feature operates totally within the drive and doesn't depend on hardware or operating system.  Hope this helps.
