I noticed it says UNMANAGED PORTS. So does that mean there are managed ports too? I need a POE switch for security cameras for an EXACQ Security Camera system. Will the UNMANAGED work for my needs?

Unmanaged basically tells you that the max power is divided among all the ports. these switches work well in video surveillance however, watch the current draw of your cameras and never use a PoE device in every port, it will work great. I however recommend a managed switch for one reason, it makes resetting a camera a breeze without having to go out to the cameras to pull power and reboot, you can do it from your desk!

Are all 8 ports POE with 30 watts on each port?

No. There is a 105 watt power budget on this device. So you can only use 3 ports (any 3) at the full POE+ 30 watts. Or 7 ports at regular PoE 15 watts.
