I would not recommend it at lower resolutions like 1920 by 1080 due to a bottle neck where your processor can't keep up with your GPU therefore limiting the power of your graphics card, however higher resolution use more graphics power without using more of your cpu so they would not bottle neck (1440p).
You would also not be getting the maximum fps from that pair. Its a great budget cpu and you certainly could pair them for high visuals and good frame rates, but you have more potential with a better processor to make the pair like the ryzen 7 or an x3d version of the 5 5500 processor.
