I bought the Airrobo to replace one I had for about 4 years. I ordered it and it came in and I put it together and started running it but it needed a charge. After one day I noticed it wasn't charging so I looked over and one of these charging posts was pushed into the machine. I sent it back to Newegg and to this day have not heard when I might receive my replacement machine. I would love to have an update from Newegg on to when I can expect this new machine.

I want to say that the fan Does come apart for cleaning; one needs to take out the screws in the back and carefully remove the front grill. For full cleaning it can be taken apart completely, but is more work...
