It has held up to standard gaming use Hardware switches to turn on/off USB devices and always leave them plugged in

- mini USB power (like phone) - works with 4 HD (and external power supply onto the USB hub) - no special driver needed on win7

Small! doesn't take up a lot of desk room. Detachable (which also implies replaceable) cord - swap cords to use on my Linux box. Blue LEDs are often SUPER BRIGHT. These aren't - just nicely there. Switches are quiet, give good feedback.

I attached this to my Imac and is quite compact and fits nicely on the Aluminum Screen and saves having to fish around back when using a usb stick.

USB 3.0 nice and fast, very sturdy hub for the size.

All 4 ports work. I connected one controller , one mouse and 2 external hard drives to it(one with separate power connector and one without a power connector). They all worked.

USB C Port speed seems good, I was only able to test with a M.2 USB C SSD enclosure I had laying around. Got read speeds up to 880 Megabytes per second (around 7000 Megabits per second)

I needed more USB ports on my Synology NAS, this turned 1 USB port into 7 Since most devices use very little bandwidth, this hub has tons left over for a 2.5G USB network adapter. Small, no noise, loads of speed and ports, never heats up. Ideal!

- Has every port I need, including USB-A and USB-C ports. - Ports are spaced out nicely so that everything fits. (I have another adapter that packs them too closely, so I can't use the USB-A and HDMI ports next to each other.) - It's no bigger than it needs to be, given all the ports. It opts to arrange ports on both sides, rather than put them all on one side and increase the size.
