Worth upgrade over the 10900K that I replaced this with. Noticeable increase in FPS across the games that I play as well as productivity apps that I use

It's an Intel. No weird requirements. 10 cores instead of 6.

The unit I received tested at the 100th percentile on userbenchmark.com , meaning the top 1% of all 3700x units. I guess I won the silicon lottery? Im happy with my purchase, other than it went on sale on another site a few weeks later for -$50 than I paid. But I guess thats the way computers work.

Easy install Fast gaming

- Awesome! It gave me nice fps boost, and my system is faster than ever. - It can render images significantly slower than a 3060 using iray but it can get the job done. - My Vetroo 360mm keeps it cool enough. - During gameplay it doesn't go past 80C, it mostly stays at around 70C. - If you don't like it reaching 95C when doing highly demanding tasks, you can always adjust it in Bios to consume only 105w, and it won't go past 80C for the most part.

So fast, so smooth and as cool as the other side of the pillow! This out shines my gen 10 i7 and flies in my z690 ddr5 mb. This is a great choice for a build you can scale and still save money. It has no hitches or hiccups and was a breeze to install. I have an AiO on mine but I could have gone fan and been fine because it runs cool. This is the value play for gamers. It works extremely well, is fast, easy to install and has no bad attributes. I would buy again if I needed a cpu and I can see this as an upgrade for people on older i7 chips if their mb would accept it. It's that good!

Super Fast

AI Overclock is here! Works better than before, such as that from ASUS AI overclock, which tends to overvolt. Its a lot tighter , making suggestions to offsets cab lines etc. you can do this with the xtu app. Once completed take a screen shot and set it in your bios, done. Very nice. Other pros is its fast , still depends on what you plan to do. If you want to just game, I would consider the 7950x3D or other variants from AMD. But I tend to multitask while gaming , so I really enjoy this chip. It is a lot hotter than my previous 12900k. My previous 12900k was overclocked ran hot, but still not as hot as the 14900kf.
