I personally do not like the GPU, get a 5070 ti or a 9070 xt, 1,400 for a 4070 is a scam.
Double check if you need that high of a PSU.
Check if your AIO comes with thermal paste.
You can save a lot of money choosing different parts.
Get an NVMe SSD.
There are other problems but I don’t have time.
you could do better. This is not meant to brag, but to help you. This is something very close to what I built two years ago with the exception of the GPU. Check out timespy vs the money spent. The time spy scores are only estimates, but you can build a better computer for essentially half the price. I probably should ask what are you planning on doing with the PC first. why 8Tb of storage? and 64Gb of ram?
