Cant see it all BUT a few things I see. First what resolution are you planning at?
That CPU will have trouble with a 5090 bottlenecking at lower resolutions also the motherboard wont have the full PCIE lane support for that card the ram you chosen is 4GB barely enough to run windows 10/11 and it’s a very slow speed.
Basically It’s like buying a brand new Ferrari you can only a drive 35MPH
What’s you budget? if you don’t need a 5090(few do) go with 5070 TI or 9070X
