Cool color scheme, steel grey. Not too many annoying RGB lights. Just soft backlighting. Bios is easy to navigate once you get over not being able to use backspace or esc keys. Just hit tabs to go back. Heatsink for M.2 does the trick. M.2 slots are easy to get at with the little turnbuckle latch. Tricky at first. Runs cool. More than enough USB. Connections were easy to find and layout is well designed.

BIOS was easily Updated The BIOS options are off the Hook good. This board has my Corsair RGB Pro DDR4 3200 running 108% on benchmark test. I am running a Ryzen 5 5600g on it right now. it too is well over preforming. The heat sink for the M.2 SSD comes in handy running a WD Black sn750 sdd Gaming M.2 that can be picked up cheap right now without a Heatsink . RGB Control is cool and with software it syncs with my Corsair ram. SO performance and cool looks factor is really really Good

Overbuilt and overkill motherboard that should exceed your needs. Love the backplate and is overall shockingly heavy!

I like everything about this board. Great bios - has everything you need for OCing. Performs great - like a much more expensive board. I'm running a 3700x in it with Team T-Force Xtreme 4133 memory - which it booted on right off. I'm also running a Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD and an EVGA 1660 video card.

The installation and setup of this motherboard were quite straightforward. Transitioning from the 650B to the X870, the UEFI BIOS interface was intuitive, especially for someone new to The new temperature capping feature is beneficial; I set a cap at 85C for my 9800X3D, which usually hits 95C with my current AIO, indicating I need to tweak my setup a bit. The BIOS Flashback feature was a nice touch at the start, and the error LED lights, combined with a speaker I added to the board header, provided useful diagnostics, making this setup highly recommended.

S-tier aesthetics here, with everything you'd want from an x870. The BIOS is a step up from last gen. Everything just works and very accessibly so.

-Terrific rear I/O. -Q-Flash makes updating the BIOS a breeze. -M.2 PCIe distribution is preferable to the x870 board even with one less gen 5 slot. -All M.2 slots are covered by heatsinks. -EZ Latch makes upgrading or switching out parts much faster. -Plenty of power for a juiced up 9800x3d. -AMD Expo works flawlessly with 6000mhz RAM. -Some might consider it a con, but I personally love the simplified array of rear audio ports. I use USB for my headset audio, and my speakers are a simple 3.5mm plug. -Sleek looks with a killer value. -Small touch, but BIOS themes are nice.

It's a pretty long motherboard and I was able to use the top pcie slot and bottom pcie slot. I like the ability to flash the bios using the back i/o and the good-performing networking. Had an issue trying to get the ram in sufficiently but did after some effort. I like the easy plug and unplug for gpu and the easily removed cover for the first m.2 slot.

Feels fairly sturdy, plenty of ard drive intakes, fan ports everywhere too, and a manual that saved my build as it basically tells you how to assemble it with images on every page directing you every step of the way.
