It has four blue activity lights. In my well ventilated case, my Inland 1GB NVME idles at 28c and peaks at 59c running CrystalDiskMark. That’s without the heatsink. With the heatsink attached, it idles at 28c and peaks at 42c. The heatsink looks good and comes with plenty of thermal tape. The four tiny screws holding the heatsink were unnecessarily tight so be sure to press hard with the included driver to prevent stripping the screw heads.

Easy to install and worked for me once I got a few glitches on my computer squared away.

Immediately worked no issues with nvme ssd not showing up no additional cables to worry about (no sata, molex etc) heatsink is easy to install and works like a charm

- Tiny - Discreet - Perforated PCB - Cheap - Easy to install

All 6 ports work as advertised.

My new motherboard had only 4 SATA slots, so I ran out during the initial build (with zero NVME drives). So, I can now use my two optical drives (DVD and BluRay), which I know are passe, but I like having them hooked up! Board works great, no issues.

It keeps the sdds cool and easy to install. A thick plate covers the sdds to disapate heat.

small box, easy to install, large and small mounting brackets

Easy install, works as expected.

Plugged it in and ran dvgrab - it immediately started capturing from the Sony D8 camera I had attached. That's all I needed it for, so now all the old tapes I need to rip to disk will be ripped. Absolutely no trouble - took me longer to remember the name of the command than to install. (Ie, it's supported by the kernel 4.15 in Linux Mint19.2 (aka Ubuntu bionic)

Maybe a Necessity if You Have a USB-C on Front Panel Header because no USB 3.2 GEN1 connector on motherboard. The PCI-E 1X to USB 3.2 GEN1 5Gbps 20pin Front Panel Header allows you to connect the USB-C front panel header to your PCI-E 1X slot

It works fr exactly what I needed. A PCIe card to host a m.2 at PCIe4.0 x4, I got 2.6gbs transfer speeds between this card and the cpu m.2. I will get more if needed. There is probably better cards for this but for the price, can not beat it. This is a true review, not AI, Steve

Plugged right in and now I have a raft of USB ports.

Installed m.2, plugged it in the PCI slot and fires it up. Drive showed up no fuss. Windows 11.
