It arrived with in 5 days of my order. The item was in great physical condition only 1 scratch on the whole case, and for a refurb that is amazing. Runs like new. The customer service is outstanding. the one issue i had was an issue with a accidental typo in the newegg description. When chad at customer service found out that i was happy with computer but annoyed with the typo. Even though i told him i was giving them a good review he went out of his way to find a way to make sure i was more than satisfied and sent me an additional HD to make up for what i had thought was coming with it. This is truly amazing and the best customer service i have received in years. thank you reuse computers and especially chad in customer service.
