Combines all my many wires to the laptop in only one that plugs into the computer.

Handles 12-24TB HDDs without issues (my old dock was hit or miss with any drives equal to or larger than 12TB). USB-C 10Gbps is a welcome upgrade over old 5Gbps when using 2.5" SSDs.

- This docking station supports so many devices. As you can see in my video, I have two monitors, my mouse, keyboard, printer, and a speaker all connected to my Dell XPS 13" - I also love the ability to quickly switch to my work laptop, an HP Elitebook 14" in the same setup, which makes these universal USB-C docking stations so awesome for me. - The cable is a good length, I've had other docking stations where it was a little short so docking was troublesome.

NIB...instructions was easy to follow instructions. Best thing.....it WORKS!!! All 3 27 inch monitors for the home workstation will get the job done. Low profile design works for what I need to get everything lined up and working right away. I think from opening the box and setting up the monitors total time 15 minutes from start to finish. Windows picked up the hub and simple setup to get the monitor flow set correctly. No additional drivers needed.

I needed a docking station that had 3 connections for video for work. This station has that. Hi

Dual monitor ready Power ports Headphone port

Works like a champ and is a true plug and play device.

- Works very well with Dell products - Works with other products (I use mine with a Lenovo Thinkpad T14 and it works fine) - Long thunderbolt docking cable. Many other docks, while cheaper, do not have a long cable which makes cable management and flexibility an absolute nightmare.

- It has VGA & HDMI port. I have an old monitor and it only has VGA. - Easy to use - Good looking

In my mind, the whole product is a "pro". But, a few details on the product: 1. The in-cap fan is great & prevents heat buildup during prolonged use. You can separately toggle the fan on-off with a push button. I haven't opened the cap up, but I think it's basically an off-the shelf in-computer-case fan so I'm sure you could swap it out if it eventually dies on you. 2. So far no problems at all with the thing dismounting/disconnecting from my laptop. Super nice to see because I have had horrible experiences with USB enclosure hardware. 3. Data transfer rate is also fine and raises no red flags. I haven't done any perf testing, just commenting that on regular use I'm getting 100-200 MB/sec so at that point if you're using a USB enclosure, you better not be complaining ;-) 4. Size. Thank Heaven there was ONE enclosure out there that didn't support BOTH 2.5" and 3.5" hard disks. All of those are considerably larger than this. So yeah, you won't be putting 3.5" drives in this thing, which is something I personally viewed as a "plus". YMMV.

Fast, stable, and easy to use
