I'm not a computer specialist, so my biggest fear was in ordering something that wasn't going to work. My Dell XPS 8930-internal SSD chip that stored the operating system and other programs was just about maxed out. Cloning the data to this SSD went smoothly and swapping out the old one was a cinch. Computer booted up just fine and I'm very pleased with it.

FAST FAST FAST FAST. Like crazy fast. I was honestly not expecting this SSD to be as fast as it was. I didn't buy it to be my boot disk, but once I saw how fast it was compared to the 980 Pro, I swapped them. No real worries about heat or power draw of course. Just some good fast storage.

Very fast, the optional software worked well and device tested at high-end of expected speed, no errors whatsoever. Can be a great price, seemed top 5.0 NVMe when I looked various sites and reviews. I was very busy that day, buying all sorts of items, wish I HAD done a simple math thing, the marginal cost for the EXTRA TB of larger one (2TB) WOULD have been the one I SHOULD have bought, for my needs.
