The included SATA connector for the 9.5mm ODD was great and also all the mounting screws. I used this bracket together with a ultra slim bluray burner (BU40N) and a 3.5" memory card reader (UGT-CR935) in a mini ITX 1U rack mount build. Very pleased!

The adapter bay does what it is supposed to. Dark charcoal paint looks good and does not chip easily. The ability to store two 2.5" drives in each bay is a nice plus. The drive are kept nice and stable.
