- Inexpensive compared to other 2.5" to 3.5" conversion tray options. - Slides in perfectly into 3.5" trayless caddies. - Can be used in a fixed 3.5" case chassis mount as regular 3.5" HDD or as a 3.5" HDD platform in a trayless caddy.

Exactly what I wanted, metal not plastic

Inexpensive and does the job. Compatible with tool-less drive caddies like Dell's blue brackets.

These thermal pads are the same as you would get with any NVMe enclosure. They are thermally stackable. I had a gap issue with a NVMe enclosure that I had purchased a while ago. The pad that came with the enclosure wasn't thick enough. The NVMe SSD. would get so hot I needed to open the enclosure to cool it down to complete the transfer. I found these pads on Newegg and for the price I figured I'd give it a try. The gap was so wide I had to stack 2 on top of the existing pad to make contact with the enclosures heat sink. I tried a similar sized transfer. No more issues with the NVMe getting too hot and the transfer went strait through. I'm glad I took a chance. Now I don't need to replace the enclosure. If you do find that you need to stack 2 or more thermal pad, make sure there are no air bubbles trapped between them.

Metal, no sharp edges, nice weight, basic black, comes with screws.

Nice Activity lights High Quality Design (and lowest price)

Great package. Every thing you need to place a 2.5 drive in a desktop tower.

With 2tb SSD prices dropping through the basement, and storage needs expanding just as quickly, this product is an absolute winner. I now have 16tb of space available for games, media, and 3d art assets. You will need a PCIe SATA card (6 or 8 ports) to use all 8 drives, but those are inexpensive and a number of good ones are sold here.

Exactly what i needed.

-- fits difficult 3.5" tray -- well made -- includes all necessary screws

-Comes with 4 rubber washers to absorb vibrations from spinning hard drives. -Fits in the slot reasonably well.

Too cheap not to buy even if you dont need the parts. I have used the splitters and cables in other builds than the bracket.

Well built. They function perfectly, with a good door latch, and they look cool :) I ordered 2, then a couple weeks later, ordered 2 more for a twin computer. The drives do take a little force to eject, but I would rather have good connectors than loose ones.

The case holds the 3.5" HDD's nicely. I store the drives in ESD bags and the bags in the slots and it works well

- Easy to install - Works flawless with SSDs - Fit perfect into opening

Very well built, hard case. They have a latch that I do not see ever wearing out. They are padded inside, and grip the drive when closed so the drive does not move around. They sit very nicely on my shelf like DVD cases (siting vertically) :)

Everything I’ve bought made by Phanteks has been really nice. These don’t disappoint either.

The adapter had more configuration possibilities than I expected (didn't fully read the description).
