Installed in Rosewill 4U server case, popped right into space, easy cable connection on back of unit. Large fan, moves sufficient volume of air without being loud.

Loaded up VMware ESXi 8.x ISO via Remote KVM IPMI and installed without an issue for an Asrock AMD R9 5900X build.

seamless integration with bitlocker, a built in windows 10 pro feature. I know there are ways to bypass getting a TPM to encrypt your data, but this was affordable and was mostly curious.

Does what it's supposed to do.

Not much to say, basic Rail kit for SuperMicro servers. I needed a rail kit for my 4U SuperMicro and this one fit fine. Easy to install, sturdy.

- Very nice construction. - As already mentioned, they are Ball Bearings.- Very simple to put together.(Guide included with pictures)- Universal and easily adjustable.

-This is a great product that allows for utilizing cryptographic features in Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Education-SSD encryption is easy to use in Bitlocker with TPM modules without much of a hassle-It is also useful for further securing virtual machines in Windows Hyper-V for operating system testing and development

I have been an IT admin/installer for over 10 years now and installed many types and brands of servers/equipments into racks and thus have installed my share of universal and model specific rails/server chassis. This is an "it is what it is product". These rails are never going to be as easy to install or as perfectly smooth or as perfectly secure as the dell rail kit you bought (for 4-5x the price) that was specifically designed for your exact model of dell server chassis. Getting the server inserted into the rails and getting everything secure was easier with this kit then some other universal rail kits I have had to work with in the past. My advice for installation is to not tighten the screws all the way until you have the server installed, then lift (or even better have a partner lift) the chassis up a bit to take the weight off, square the brackets and tighten all sides. My 4u server feels fully secure in the rail, and slides out with reasonable ease (again this is an inexpensive universal product, not custom built). The recessed square post inserts, while adding a mild amount more effort, are great because it allows your server to sit flush with the rack instead of protruding out from the screw. End result is a much cleaner looking install. For the $23 i paid for these rails, I more than get my money's worth and I am more than satisfied.

Cheap but solid. Used it to clone an old laptop HDD to a new Intel SSD, and it worked perfectly. Have a couple of old HDD's in it now, and have had no issues.

Purchased 2 of these for my home lab. Easy install. Nice layout. Decent price. Fairly well built.

I bought two of these for a dual 9480 Xeon setup for ai. The quality is beyond amazing. They are expensive but so is the cpu they are used on. Honestly for hpc they are solid. If you are looking for an intel max cpu cooler look no further. Silverstone has some quality products. It is the first time I have had any of them and between the case and these coolers it is a perfect fit. You have very little choices for a 4677 cooler. I would choose this over a thermaltalke any day!

Durable, Affordable, Easy to install!

I purchased this cage in December of 2014. It's been installed and working good since then. I haven't had any real issues with it. I have had an issue a few times where it doesn't seem to recognize the drive when the drive is "hot-inserted," but it's always turned out to be a drive or motherboard issue. These cages are, for the most part, fault-proof. It's more or less a passthrough, providing a seat for your drive, and a SATA port to connect to your motherboard. I like the key lock feature, though it won't deter anyone who really wants your drive; it's a tamper feature. Also has an on-off switch for the activity light. I like the option, and it works. I really like how cool it keeps my drives when in use. I have a Corsair 750D case, with vents up on top of the case -- and that has something to do with it, I'm sure; but even then, if I placed the same drive in one of the 750Ds cages without a fan blowing air on the drive, the same drive would reach an extra 10-15c. It's the snug fit, the aluminum used on the sides, and the open top and bottom space that does the trick; though, place something directly on top of this cage, and I wouldn't count on the same cooling effect. For those wondering, it's made with real aluminum, and not plastic with an aluminum-looking film.

This is an exceptionally well made product. Case is aluminum with plastic front. Nice large fan in the bottom (unlike most dockable drives) to draw away heat into the case. Fan is quiet, keeps my drives cool. Very pleased so far. Comes in four (handle) colors.

Solid rails, quick attach, sweet.
