Fast and cool at Idle and at loads. 35 - 40c Idle never over 60c under loads and using the stock cooler. I am not a gamer so i am not putting it under extreme loads and i would never have bought this Xeon if i was.Everything is in a ARK ITX/CS-Ci05 Black Mini ITX Case. It is very portable.
