Fits in exactly and precisely into the 19" rack. Can screw in any monitor no just 19". I tried a 21.5" monitor too and it worked. Very easy installation on a rack. The best product ever. Love it.

Was able to fit two mini cisco switches ms120's on the rack.

Not really too much to say. It is exactly as pictured and is a nice strong vented shelf that can easily support non rack mountable equipment.

I purchased 2 of these about 2 years ago. They are well secure and the sides come off for easy access. The ventalation is excellent with the perferated sides and front and has options for adding fans. I put HP Procurve 5308xl switch with 2u fiber foxes and still had room for something else. There is also room to put a regular size surge protector in the back or side if you wish. The sides are lockable and also the front.

- Easy to assemble. The videos on youtube are useful but the labeling on the hardware and instructions could use improvement - Easy to work on and remove front/rear doors and side panels - Good cable management options (front and rear bottom brush panels and one rear top brush panel) - Very well packaged. No damage or dents. Comes in 5 separate boxes - Good amount of extra hardware. The wing nuts could stand to fit a little tighter, but overall everything fit great - Temperature control and airflow seems good - Very easy to maneuver with the casters even on carpet - The front panel glass is very strong (I may have accidentally stepped on it) - Looks great

Just as good as any other rails I've used for servers in the past. It holds my CHENBRO RM42300-F just fine. It's greased up and moves smoothly with no resistance.

The rack comes with the shelf, the fan, and the PDU (Power Delivery Unit) pictured, which is great. The 12U size gives me more than enough room with what I needed to put in there, and gives room for later additions. Item came with a broken foot, but I immediately reached out to their support team. They apologized and quickly sent out a replacement item. I received that item within less than a week (they are in Canada, I'm in the US.)
