The rack comes with the shelf, the fan, and the PDU (Power Delivery Unit) pictured, which is great. The 12U size gives me more than enough room with what I needed to put in there, and gives room for later additions. Item came with a broken foot, but I immediately reached out to their support team. They apologized and quickly sent out a replacement item. I received that item within less than a week (they are in Canada, I'm in the US.)

The product is what we wanted, great quality and easy to assemble. Lots of features. The Specs were accurate.

This was my first rack I've ever bought. Came in pretty good packaging. The instructions were pretty simple and easy to understand, as well as easy to assemble. It's also really easy to adjust the depth you need for your use case.

- Can be assembled by one person in about 45 minutes - Includes tools for assembly - Rack slots clearly marked - Shipping box arrived in very good condition. All parts for the rack where still in the box. One of the pictures I uploaded shows how to set the depth of the rack. In that picture, the rack is set for 27" deep.

-Durable powdercoat -Sturdy -Rack nuts are neither too loose nor too tight. Can be removed without a tool, but they don't fall out.

This is a nice rack for a large home LAN or a small/mid-sized office. I have a 1U, 24-port gigabit copper switch and a 1U, 24-port CAT6 patch panel mounted in mine, with lots of room to spare for growth of my home LAN. This item is designed to be mounted on the bottom side of a shelf (equipment mounted horizontally) or attached with screws to wall studs with the equipment mounted vertically. You may need a backing board, depending on stud spacing. I have mine mounted in an air-cooled, fully enclosed cabinet, on the underside of a shelf. Since there is no back to the thing, you can mount deep equipment and it will just hang out the back. The rack is constructed of heavy gauge steel and comes with lots of mounting hardware.

Easy to build Good cooling Perfect size

- Looks good (even if I'm the only one who looks at it as it's in my basement). - Can be locked for security. - Side panels are removable when unlocked for easy access. - Roomy enough in the back to access power plugs and the like. 6U height is enough for my household equipment (switch, security camera recorder and a battery backup). - Somewhat pricey but worth it.

-Extremely strong construction on every piece -Ridiculous amounts of space to work with -Tripp Lite has an amazing catalog of accessories that compliment this product perfectly
