Way more storage than what I actually need, but it's still better to have too much than not enough.

240+MiB/s sequential write speed while connected to a USB3 dock. Came very well packaged.

It's WD so you know the craftsmanship is good.

Under Windows 10 Pro, this drive is a beast thus far. Always stick with the Enterprise edition of Seagate drives. They are much faster than WD, and much more reliable under fierce conditions. I partitioned this one out to 4 Drives.

No latency between access and read/writes, as advertised, works great for an FTP or NAS solution. - See other thoughts

16 of these in production at present in a large file storage cluster. So far they've performed well.

stable, plenty of space ,fast for a sata platter drive

- Was easy to install, format and is quiet enough for me desktop, similar sound level to many WD HDD's I've used in the past decades. - A great value ($219-$249 price range) for 16TB of data storage (14.5TB after Windows 10 Formatting). - I only go with new not renewed hard drives.

They run cool and fast and are 14TB!

Quiet, low power and pretty fast for a 6TB 5700 RPM drive No constant clicking noise like the HGST 6TB NAS drives

Speed and price. This drive performs well and the price is as low as it can really be. My tests give the following: Maximum write: 207 MB/s Average write: 119 MB/s Access timing: 19 ms Sequential read speeds hit ranges of 175-225 MB/s. Random speeds can be pretty slow, but we know how that works. This is still a spinning drive. Write speeds were pretty similar, a bit lower as you'd expect.

I bought these based on the reviews, and they do not disappoint.

High capacity with very quiet operation. Sale price was great too!

This SATA drive is priced at an excellent cost. Installation was easy. Shipping was quick. I have always had excellent experiences in doing purchasing products at Newegg. They are awesome!
