Bought one to replace a 2TB RE4 which was outstanding. Just needed more space. The new 4TB drive is faster. Wish it was 4x1 TB platters instead of 5x800 GB, but all 7200 RPM 4TB drives are using the latter at this time.

This drive arrived promptly and well packaged. I ran a firmware test to check the 'Power On Count' and 'Power On Hours' which confirmed that this drive had indeed never been used before. This appears to be a great drive for the price and after checking reviews on a lot of external drives I ended up going with this internal drive in an external case.

Both drives transfer much faster, and much more consistently, than previous consumer drives. Can definitely tell they're enterprise-class. Copied 150GB of very large virtual machine files from cheap SSD to 8TB EXOS at 300MB/s. FLAC files copied at half that speed. Write speeds were fairly consistent throughout the entire runs.
