Is it possible to make a PC with a 1440p 240Hz+ Monitor with Minimum a RX 9060 XT PC WITH ONLY $800??? I am trying to do something big here and NEED HELP!!!
unfortunately, no. The cheapest 9070 XT right now is $669.

and it’s like $850 before taxes
you don’t need a cooler the CPU comes with one. But it does get you into the AM5 platform, which will be highly upgradable in the future

yes, $270 would be for an eight gig card. I wouldn’t recommend it especially if you want to do 1440p. Even with upscaling.

good find. I’m not even crazy about that motherboard either, but trying to find the cheapest stuff. something with Wi-Fi.
Little more time now here’s an update. I think this is a better board (has a heat spreader for the SSD), but you’ll have to buy the Wi-Fi card separately.

It’s definitely possible! If you’re willing to purchase components individually when they go on sale over the course of several months, you’ll be able to make this happen. Holiday sales will help. Make note of what components will work together, and set yourself up with wishlists for those parts on various websites - this way, you’ll get notified of any sale prices. Be prepared to enter every single Newegg shuffle for the next several months, keep an eye out for Woot limited drops, follow your searches daily on eBay, and if you have Micro Center in your area then also keep an eye out for any open-box deals on those daily. You can make it happen with an exorbitant amount of effort. Whether that much effort is worthwhile to you or not is another story - would that time be better spent working a second job and earning a second income, which can go towards an overall better PC? Maybe. But that’s outside the scope of this conversation. Best of luck to you!

Forgot to mention, I alr have a Windows 11 OS ready so we do not have to worry about OS. I also alr have the Keyboard, Mouse, Headphones, Speakers, So We Good. I just am looking for PC’s and monitors.

unfortunately I don’t see a path forward that includes a monitor especially a 1440p. Maybe you can find a used one locally on craigslist or eBay. or use your current one that you might have till you can afford one.
Pretty impossible unless you can find working parts for all 50$
