-Huge battery reserves for extra long run time when the power goes out -Can mount horizontally (in a rack) or stand up vertically on the floor

Good battery backup at a good price

Very easy to setup, easy digital display, setup with Nas4Free and Freenas was relatively painless

I have the older APC SMC1500 and it has improvements. I like that this has more time when power is shut off. The APC SMT1500 C can handle heavier loads and the menu status screen is better even though it still has the same size screen.

Supplies 810 watts which I needed after graphics upgrades. Works excellent and looks good. LCD is very nice for viewing power stats.

I first bought two of these for my company a couple of years back. I was more accustomed to APC, and was wary of CyberPOwer, but the price/features seemed hard to resist. Well, that was a good decision to go with CyberPower. We had a power outage a few days after I installed these, and the two basic desktops with LCD monitors lasted for 3.5 hours, one on each UPS. They'd last more, but the power was back on. I've since bought about 50 of these, for my company, myself, my clients, and all performed flawlessly. It can be put on a rack without back support (I saw that in one of the postings here). I have several of them on racks. I highly recommend this UPS to anyone. This is one piece of hardware that performs better than promised, and you know how rare that is today.

Great UPS. Huge advantage is having many outlets for the battery backup. Has been powering a router, modem, and POE switch with no problems. Survived 2 power outages and worked excellently!

I use Tripp Lite enterprise grade SmartUPS's at work, and have never gone wrong with them. I purchased two of the 1500VA Smart1500LCDT's for home use (one for me, and one for my wife). I've only had them plugged in a couple days now. *Battery life status indicator on Windows desktops. *LCD battery status indicator. *LCD load indicator *LCD Voltage output indicator *Has a mute button to turn alarm off So far so good... No complaints yet.

Informs user how much time the UPS could supply power should a power outage occur. Sine wave output to assure proper operation of all equipment and peripherals. Cost effective for what it does.

The software provides good, very complete information, I like the detailed performance info and good event logs, so you know at all times what is going on. Strong native Linux support, great run time. This is the UPS to live by.

After a nastyy rain storm the power went out all throughout the house. I had forgotten that my pc was on. I heard some beeping coming from the kitchen and my pc was still running, After it shut itself down automatically I sat down to look at it and then it hit me - - I need one more for my other pc.

Silent! My last UPS (Tripplite) could be heard two rooms away. Can't hear this one sitting right next to it. It's really stable when used in tower orientation due to the battery being in the bottom. Construction is really solid.

it works as it should
