Wow, this UPS is nice. I was a little sceptical buying from cyberpower as I've never owned one of their products before, but I'm glad I went ahead with this UPS. It has 9 outlets. Thats n-i-n-e outlets, 5 of which are on battery backup. Thats incredible. A majority of the other battery b/u I was looking at at this price had about 4-5. It's not very big at all either, fits very easily underneath my desk, and it puts off virtually NO heat. The LCD is very neat and allows you to see how much time you have left on you battery power, your input and output voltage, the battery's capacity, and a few other screens. It keeps my computer well over 11 minutes on battery backup. This unit also has AVR protection and the auto shutdown software, which if you are too lazy will display everything that is displayed on the lcd screen itself. Also the beep it makes when the power is cut is not annoyingly loud as on other units. It's very aesthetically pleasing too look at to top it all off.

- Reliable brand, product is similarly regarded - Pretty sensitive to brownouts, so don't be surprised if it trips randomly here-and-there - Really no fuss nor nonsense with setting it up

Silent operation when grid power is on. (Not all UPS's are silent. Some drone all the time.) Fans only come on when grid power goes off. Also, the unit comes with rack mount hardware including a RACK SHELF! Controls are easy to use and graphic display makes sense.

Easy client setup, especially with the network shutdown software. Runs very quiet.

Great unit. Installed in wall mount rack with a FreePBX phone system and all the gadgets to go with it.. Powering a Dual Xeon Desktop, *no monitor*, 2 Gransdtream 32 Port FXS gateways, and a 24 Port Swtich, Getting 18-20 Minutes of backup time... perfect for my application! Good price, good value. As long as it lasts several years will be a great product.

Was happy to find an inexpensive unit with 'shutdown' capability from a well-known company. Wanted to try Vista's higher-performance disk settings, and had read that a UPS is more or less a necessity when doing so.

Stable, high performance rack mountable unit. Lives up to the specs. Easy to manage with provided software.

Plug it in and it does what it's supposed to...provides power protection
