This is a follow up review for the one I made on July 1, which in retrospect was made in haste for the DOA unit I received: I had called support the following Monday, and in less than 5 minutes they arranged for an exchange, no questions asked. A couple of weeks later I had received my unit, and it worked fine ever since. I don't really have much to expand on from my original review except that mine now works, has an informative display and generous battery time for my 21 inch monitor and Core i5/670 GTX setup. Its slim stand up design makes it easy to tuck between my desk and wall. I also appreciated the quick, no questions asked customer service. I know sometimes I make decisions based on how well the customer service is, but its hard to tell before you even have dealt with the company.

Good price for a good quality.

This power supply is amazing. I live in a older townhouse by the marina. It helps regulate the flow of energy evenly to my home office. i have conceted my 32" monitor/TV my laptop and my scanner. also my external hard drive. it has a Multi-function LCD display/ $350,000 Connected Equipment Guarantee - 3 Year Warranty. It has 10 outlets, 5 of them are power back up for ur to 4-8 hours. I have had other UPS in the past and they are very loud. I think this one is not only more quite . its much smaller than my last unit as well. Over all i think this is the bext UPS ever. I would recommend this UPS to anyone looking for a amazing solution.

Easy setup Clean looking Easy management

Purchased 11 2018 and still going strong. No issues since delivery. I've had multiple power outages and it's saved my system. It helped since I was home and knew about the problem. - On side note to others: batteries need to be manually cycle to keep good health because they are always setting at 100%. - Like that it has battery test function.

works as advertised, runs my fileserver at almost no load

Well packed manufacturer packaging. Very clear multi-lingual user manual that is well worth the time reading the few pages in your chosen language. Very clear warning markers attached to UPS. Very difficult to install and use this unit without seeing the warning marker to connect the internal batteries. Silent operation; it does not have any fans on/in it that I can tell. Novel "master slave" outlet pairing. Lose power to the "master" device and the "slave" device turns off immediately. The manual tells me this feature is disabled by default, but read the user manual carefully to fully understand it's operation.

Ease of setup Available capabilities

The UPS is small and fits on top of my desk where i can see everything that is happening. Has lots of plugs for everything you need plus two usb ports.

mounted to the wall easily. everything works as expected

I forget that it is working in the background. No problems.

The Eco mode is great for mitigating ghost power. Three peripherals can be plugged in to this section on the UPS, when units detects a power down via a USB connection, it cuts power to those 3 plugs. So, know my speakers and monitors don't draw standby power!

- Arrived well-before suggested delivery date. - Well-packaged to prevent any damage. - Set-up was easy with minimal, but very good instructions. - It has been in use for almost two weeks, and there have been no electrical incidents where the backup needed to turn on, so . . . will need to wait to comment on reliability. - Connected to the Back-UPS 1500 are an iMac with two ext HDD's, a Mac mini M2 Pro w/ 4TB of SSD, a studio monitor, and an OWC mini stack STX with a 4 TB HDD and 4 TB of SSD.

- doesn't necessarily require software to check it's operational status, has its own LCD display menu - large enough for a PC and medium size flat screen TV

- Does what it does and does it well
