Very fast video rendering. Graphics are crystal clear at 1440p. No lag playing moderate games such as 2 point hospital, Roller Coaster Tycoon. Runs very cool using a low profile, lightweight Thermalright AXP-100. Super easy install on a Gigabyte X470 Aorus, after a bios upgrade. Great value.

Fast and stable on the MSI mag z790 tomahawk WiFi MB.

- Fast performance. - plenty of cores to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

-Runs cool -Huge V-cache is great for gaming -Boost clocks are decent

Beast of a cpu you will need very good cooling to tame this.

It works! Installed it into my new pc set up without any difficulties. Booted up normally and now I just got a terrific deal.

-Turbo max 5G, and I can easily overclock it to all cores 5G @ 1.25V. -Solder rather than paste -In one sentence, the best cpu for gaming you can get now.

- works out of the box packaged fairly -Handle's game I play fine at 1440p for the price I paid

There are so many options for a good CPU now but I had to make a budget buy so I could afford a new motherboard and DDR5 memory and what a great choice this has been! It is just a beast it runs anything I have thrown at it with ease. I mostly use my pc for internet and gaming so for those purposes it is perfect.

Je recommande la 12 génération intel vraiment bcp mieux que la 11e

I had been a die hard Ryzen fan since 2nd gen Ryzen. I'd say it's a great platform but I grew tired of little bugs and quarks, even after Ryzen has matured. After system rebuilds and tons of research, I decided to give Intel a try, after so many years. Solid CPU, I am really happy with my purchase. Don't care to overclock, I just want something that works well, doesn't use ridiculous amounts of power, runs cool, without micro-stutter in games. Happy to say, the super aggravating micro-stutter I experienced on multiple previous Ryzen systems are gone! I am sure there are masses of people who didn't experience the same problems as I did, but I got sick and tired of dealing with the issues after so many years. Pros: - Excellent price for the performance. - Runs nice and cool, has not exceeded 60c. - 65watt, my hot summer room appreciates that. - Nice performance improvement over Ryzen 7 3700x. - Shipping was super fast, came next day! Current specs: Intel i5 12400f stock ASRock b660m Pro RS 32 GB DDR4 3600 XMP Nvidia RTX 3070 Intel 660P 1TB NVME

works great

Cheap, fast, solid, gamers

I'm coming from a 2011 build with a 2nd Gen i7-2600K. This thing is silky smooth... I'm cooling it with a 240mm H100i RGB Platinum Closed loop AIO and get 29/31C idles and 45/50C max load/games currently OC'd @ 4.6GHz and I'm sure it can go over 5GHz just not tempted to do so just yet.. This processor is intended to be an all around and gaming PC which it handles everything with ease. (My build is described below) the HT feature, even though nice, is not needed for gaming... maybe if't you're a streamer and constantly using fraps and lossless RGB settings then MAYBE the i7-8700K is for you. I've even used fraps while playing and no loss in performance and FPS... I'm a loyal intel consumer, been building these things since the Pentium Overdrive/P3/C2D/2nd gen i7 and now this one. Never built an AMD for myself. *UPDATE* Upped the overclocking last night to 5GHz, temps went up to 38C.

Dude was so quick with the shipment that it literally showed up at my door two days before I was even going to start checking the tracking information. I could not believe it, and could not have been happier. :) It's hard to believe this is a used product. Looks beautiful and works perfectly; if nothing else the vendor knows how to get used products ready for sale. :) Seriously, though, very happy with this.
