Small, and compact; it will use any USB port (or A/C adapter), and will charge 4 items at a time! No need to wait for an item of yours to get a port -- you already have one! Affordable, portable, and effective. ( I bought 2 -- one for me, and one for my Lady's car (Phone, tablet, and laptop!) and she ADORES IT!

It packs a lot in a small package. Adding 3 USB type A ports definitely frees up space if you're computer doesn't have enough ports to go around. I'm using this on a desktop, but it would be ideal for a laptop setup where you want to charge a phone, use a second monitor, and extra peripherals like a keyboard, mouse, etc. all at once. The SD Reader is a nice addition to have.

Works Perfectly

Plug the adapter into the wall. Plug the cable from the hub to the computer and your set. Have three of them working at once, hooked to 56 hard drives, doesn't slow transfers down and all you have to do is push a button and any or all drives kick in. Have 14 to 18 tb hard drives hooked up with 5 5tb and 2 2tb portable hard drives plugged into an 8 port hub plugged into the sabrent 16 port hub and everything works perfectly. Can't imagine improving these 16 port hubs with anything short of magic !!

On "Jiggle" mode you don't see anything moving and you can work normally (or not!) and the screen will stay active. Works like a charm.

All 4 ports work. I connected one controller , one mouse and 2 external hard drives to it(one with separate power connector and one without a power connector). They all worked.
