Fast. I installed it in an HP 800 G3, had to adjust the BIOS to detect the drive. I cloned the original HD boot partition, works perfectly. I wanted the PCIe NVMe vs regular SATA, I don't know how the BIOS detects the differences but it did. Boots consistently fast. Very happy with the drive.
