- It's fast - Was somehow cheaper than the 2tb 990 pro at the time, so definitely check out the price difference when you go to buy if your mobo supports gen5 NVMe. Gen 3 samsung SSD going on 10 years old now, and still works like a champ, here's hoping for the same longevity and performance outta this thing.

Nice to have gen 4 M.2 speeds. I have Halo Infinite and Modern Warfare 2 installed on it currently and Halo seems to be the only one benefitting from it, but M.2 speed isn't supported much yet for gaming. Will have to wait over time for that.
