Once setup, the router is excellent, however, I had to have a computer tech friend set it up, and it had its setup and communication difficulties before final operation...I never would have been able to connect the router myself.

Unmanaged switches are supposed to be boring products built around single-chip solutions providing wire-speed performance. The only differentiating feature is supposed to be price and reliability. To get more exciting stuff you had to play with managed switches and add a decimal point to the price. This switch provides some features that used to be only available in managed switches but you have to be a bit of a geek to understand what they mean – see other thoughts below for some of those details. For the normal person, this is an affordable, tiny, sturdy, blue steel box with 5 RJ45 gigabit speed ports. It exudes cute solidity. It is wall mountable. It comes with optional rubber feet and is heavy enough that it won’t slide around. Each port has activity, link and speed lights (way better than just activity lights – you can tell if you really have a 1000Mbps connection going on). A small paper manual comes with!! And it is written in good English!! Inside, the main chip has a nice heat sink. The box does not get very warm. It’s not plastic. The ports are auto-sensing. No worries about what which port is the uplink port and whether to use a standard or a crossover cable. “Green” (though it is blue). The power adapter is done right. It only takes up one slot on a power strip.

I tried three other USB print servers before this WAVLINK product - all-in-all, this unit keeps the R260 connected in the simplest way - nothing to launch in the background to connect to the printer. I am using the Ethernet connection instead of the wireless - personal preference there. The WAVLINK also has a WAP feature and a Ethernet bridge feature which can come in handy. Long & short, this unit puts the Epson on the network as if it had a factory network interface card (NIC) installed.

was quick to set up. Speed is fast. My internet is 300 /300 Mbps and I am getting right around that.

Great device. solved all my issues with Bluetooth EarBuds and connection to my Android Phone Companion on Windows 10.

Everything - One of their best reliability models. All kinds of network control, built in VPNs, Free asus DNS, No need for WRT. Updated regularly. There isn't any extra monthly charge for parental controls and trend micro built in firewall also blocks infected computers on local network from the rest of the network computers. Can turn off the LED's!!

The switch has a very heavy and quality feel to it. POE+ works great with my cameras, and wireless access points.
