Does what its supposed to and comes with coverage in case of actual electrical damage to your devices. The warranty coverage definitely gives peace of mind Power cable to the wall outlet has plenty of length
Very well built. Sturdy steal construction.
great for the price point, works well!
Well built and feels sturdy.
Solid surge protector. I like that it is really slim and the outlets are all spaced out.
12 outlets and 2 USB ports for a low price is just something you can't beat! This is something I have been recommending to all my friends and family to buy. Will buy again!
I have the Altec Lansing VS4121's. On the previous surge suppressor (GE SU93960), the speaker system produced a low frequency hum that was rather annoying (but was quiet enough to forget that it's humming). I think it was at 60Hz. But with THIS surge suppressor, it is totally silent (there's still something, but I have to listen very, VERY carefully in order to hear the difference between On and Off). Tripp-Lite also included three 6' cables: for coaxial, network, and phone, and the network cable is CAT 5e. I mean, they could've just stuck a CAT5 in there and maybe saved even a little bit more money.
Very Heavy Duty and Low Profile. I mounted it in the back center of my rack behind an UPS. Works great and the rear outlets are spaced for power bricks. Also liked that it has a plastic safety cover over the main power switch to prevent accidental shut-off. The 15' power cable is very thick and sturdy.
I have to say I was a bit skeptical regarding the use of a line conditioner, but this product completely changed my mind! I had been having issues with my computer, and apparently it was due to noise in my AC line feeding the PC. I hooked this up and immediately could tell the difference.
Price More joule protection than similarly priced surges 6ft cord
