Got here in 2 days. Put it in and it is working well so far. Got 7 years of continuous use of the one it replaced. Hope to get at least this long with these new batteries. Came in at 85% charged. After plugged for an hour it went to 100%. So, no issues.

The instructions that came with the battery clearly illustrated how to replace the battery. In addition, instructions were provided telling you how to obtain a free UPS return label to ship back the old battery.
