I purchased two Exos harddrives for my NAS. One was fine; one was defective. I contacted the seller, who promptly issued an RMA for the defective drive, with prepaid freight label issued. The return was processed within one day of their receipt of the defective drive. Since they no longer had it in stock, they immediately issued a refund to my credit card. Stuff happens. I got one good drive out of the deal, and very prompt, very courteous response to the problem. Highly recommend these people.

Very nice construction. Fans while not quite whisper quiet, sound very nice, even when spun up. RGB looks really good and responded well to software. Cost is of course the highest benefit. Keeps my Ryzen 7 5800xt at a nice 37c. The pump I can hear when I put my head to my case, but otherwise gets drowned out by the fans and other appliances around it.
