Well packed manufacturer packaging. Very clear multi-lingual user manual that is well worth the time reading the few pages in your chosen language. Very clear warning markers attached to UPS. Very difficult to install and use this unit without seeing the warning marker to connect the internal batteries. Silent operation; it does not have any fans on/in it that I can tell. Novel "master slave" outlet pairing. Lose power to the "master" device and the "slave" device turns off immediately. The manual tells me this feature is disabled by default, but read the user manual carefully to fully understand it's operation.

-Works as intented -Intuitive information present on LCD display -Alarm is mutable (although low battery will ignore this setting which isnt a bad thing in my book) -The Tripp lite software actually works. Tested 2 different settings. First was to shut down PC if on battery for 2 mins. The second was the shut down PC at 95% battery (didnt want to wait until the default setting of 50%). Both of these settings worked Please note that this program does require Java. So if that is an issue, you still have (very) limited interface options that mostly revolves around when to put the monitor and PC on sleep mode. -On full loud with pushing my CPU and GPU to max use (specs in misc comment section) this thing still had a full 40-45% before overload. ****Just had a brown out as I was typing this*** Battery kicked on as intended and while everything else in my house flickered, my pc/monitor kept getting the volts it needed to be in working order. This was the exact reason why I bought this unit. I lost a SSD to a brown out and surge protectors do absolutely nothing to help with this issue.

I bought this from a local store. The Mail in Rebate came within 4 weeks. Fastest I have ever got one. The product itself is flawless and what I like most is that the unit stays almost completely cool unlike the other 2 brand UPS I own, which feel like little space heaters.

Stable, high performance rack mountable unit. Lives up to the specs. Easy to manage with provided software.

This UPS replaced an APC Smart UPS 750 RM 2U - also a rackmount unit. The SRT1000RMXLA adds a super-functional display, power-conditioning capabilities in addition to larger battery capacity/improved runtime.

Have a few of these on different systems, never a glitch. Best bang for the buck by far, if your looking for a great value.

This is a very good product and i would recommend it to anyone. i live out in the boonies and sometimes we randomly lose power. This thing will keep up my laptop (alien 9750) & my 22.1" wide screen samsung 225bw for over an 1.5 hours. i haven't tried it for longer but that i pretty good in my opinion. my laptop is power hungry and you need to feed that hunger to do what you want to do.

Easy setup, easy load on the server. The server interface was easy to setup and provides good information on the status of the UPS. No problems encountered
