Stable, high performance rack mountable unit. Lives up to the specs. Easy to manage with provided software.

Great product. Seamless switch to battery. Quality of APC for homeowners needing low watt demand. DO IT its worth it!!!! *** I have more UPCs in a commercial environment than I know what to do with.......this is in my personal residence, I know what a good UPC is.

- Arrived at ~85% charge, which made it really easy to test after I'd swapped in the batteries - Shipped faster than advertised (Actually arrived faster than Prime offered, with their slightly-more-expensive-at-the-time unit) - Came very in very effective all cardboard and paper packaging. I appreciate the eco-friendliness for a heavy item like these batteries

***An updated after several months of usage, and a change in score to 5 stars as I've learned more about the unit. Buried in the software which is run through your web browser, is a setting to turn down the sensitivity on the incoming voltage which fixes my major con of this unit for me, the unit toggling between ac and battery constantly. *** Very straight forward to setup, the units interface is fairly intuitive to use. Provided me with roughly 30min of power for 2 computers, I7 7700K with a 1080ti, and a I9 10590XE with a 3080, a boat load of SSD drives between them, lots of peripherals and 3 monitors. No blip in the computers performance when switching between battery and ac driven power. Online web interface for real time monitoring of the unit is a nice plus, can send you email reports when issues arise with the unit. Clear instructions to position the unit in it's final resting place before you connect the battery. This style battery shouldn't be moved around once it's connected.

It was not the units fault

This UPS replaced an APC Smart UPS 750 RM 2U - also a rackmount unit. The SRT1000RMXLA adds a super-functional display, power-conditioning capabilities in addition to larger battery capacity/improved runtime.

- Good pricing - fast delivery

Made by Tripp-lite -- the same company that makes the "Iso-bar" surge protector used for medical equipment in hospitals. Plenty of power headroom, and 6 battery/2 surge-only, as opposed to only half-and-half from other companies. The 2 surge-only outlets are also on dongles, so gi-normous wallwarts are no problem. Also, uses standard A-to-B USB cable (included), as opposed to a certain other company's bizarre and hard-to-replace RJ-45 to USB-A cable. Good noise filtration / isolation. Auto-voltage regulation corrects medium voltage fluctuations without using the battery, thus extending its life. USB-HID compliant, so it works right away with Windows own UPS service, without need to install Tripp-lite's own software (which, by the way, is a free download from their website). Tripp-lite's program also goes really in-depth into the exact status of the UPS -- battery life status, power-on duration, and such.

Stable, reliable, compact. I use this to keep my modem and router powered on during outages which I have had several times this year. In all instances this unit performed admirably. The non-battery-backup slots are used as a power filtration slots for other living room devices like my TV and Home theater receiver. Again, these devices remained protected and in working order during power fluctuations. The device even detected a wiring fault in the outlet which my landlord had to correct (it wasn't properly grounded). I also liked the short, compact size of the unit as it can fit behind most entertainment centers or on the lower shelf without problems.

relatively small for a 2200VA UPS, expandable (with optional battery pack), switchable plugs through serial or USB connected dedicated host.

- Made by APC is a plus for me - Six outlets on battery, 3 surge only. Something like a printer shouldn't be on battery backup. - Lighter than expected - No significant problems - Good fit behind equipment or on the wall - Protected USB charging port

Sturdy and well built unit. I have my modem and router plugged into it and the run-time estimate on battery backup is over an hour.
