I'm an IT Security Professional. The Plugable Thunderbolt 4 docking station resolved my disconnection issues. My previous docking station was HP Thunderbolt Dock 1203 G2 was causing random connectivity issues where I would lose ethernet connectivity.

I do most of the computer and laptop ordering for the company for which I work. In my professional and private life, HP is my mainstay. Every HP laptop represents they best bang for the buck. This HP laptop shows the company's committment to this practice.

Handles 12-24TB HDDs without issues (my old dock was hit or miss with any drives equal to or larger than 12TB). USB-C 10Gbps is a welcome upgrade over old 5Gbps when using 2.5" SSDs.

Sleek design, portable, doesn't require external power when using as USB hub or ethernet adapter

Set up was easy, it connected to my monitors right away. Provides enough power to charge my Lenovo P1 Gen2 while running dual 27" monitors as well.

I use this same model at work. Dell is great and this was a great price for quality product. No issues.

Good for connecting multiple devices. works good. great design. the price matches the quality.

Lots of ports Can handle 3 monitors Thunderbolt charging Mini SD & SD card slot Front interface charging station On/Off switch

Everything was plug and play, I didn't have to do anything extra to make it work. Now instead of plugging multiple display cables into my laptop I just need one :D
