***An updated after several months of usage, and a change in score to 5 stars as I've learned more about the unit. Buried in the software which is run through your web browser, is a setting to turn down the sensitivity on the incoming voltage which fixes my major con of this unit for me, the unit toggling between ac and battery constantly. *** Very straight forward to setup, the units interface is fairly intuitive to use. Provided me with roughly 30min of power for 2 computers, I7 7700K with a 1080ti, and a I9 10590XE with a 3080, a boat load of SSD drives between them, lots of peripherals and 3 monitors. No blip in the computers performance when switching between battery and ac driven power. Online web interface for real time monitoring of the unit is a nice plus, can send you email reports when issues arise with the unit. Clear instructions to position the unit in it's final resting place before you connect the battery. This style battery shouldn't be moved around once it's connected.

It works. It came fully charged (APC's literature made it seem like it would have to be charged for 6-8 hours before running self-test.)

great for the price point, works well!

I am using this for my network and home server. I have it mount to a wall in my basement with the rest of the network gear. So it's nice and small for a UPS. With everything connected and server, the LCD says 20min of backup time which is more than enough for a short outage and time for me to shutdown if needed. So far no power outages to test, its only been a few months.

Depending on your installation, the EXTREMELY long power cord is either a pro or a con. The front power plug is always nice to have.

Inexpensive, good battery reserve, latest version of PowerPanel Personal Edition doesn't have memory leaks.

We moved into an area with massive trees and all aerial power infrastructure. This unit has already responded dozens of times to power sags and intermittent outages from storms. Responds incredibly quickly, no issues on downstream devices whatsoever. I over-provisioned which gives me plenty of runtime.

Needed something better than your standard UPS surge protection for my eGPU and Laptop. When laptop not in use can switch off power to both devices. Works as intended.
