To anonymous: Your con is a direct indication that the battery is failing in the UPS in whish you thought the copier was causing some sort of issue. What is actually happening, with the copier causing a bit of a brown out, so to speak, your UPS is switching to battery, your battery is no longer capable of holding a good charge, enough not to cause a warning issue, but not enough to maintain the PC for a few seconds. With the USB cable plugged in, and the UPS switching to battery, it is triggering the software's critical battery level action of shutting down, the PC. You need to replace that battery ASAP. Simply unplugging the USB cable corrects the issue at the moment, but what will happen when you have a full blown black out is that the PC will simply act as if power just went out. Don't believe me, just unplug the UPS with the PC running. If it's in warranty, have APC replace the battery now. Been there, done that.

Great. It's 100% genuine battery from APC. No fear to get a non-genuine compatible battery.

- Works perfect - Quiet

- Great packaging, fast delivery.

Works as expected. keeps my devices running long enough for temporary power outages or for me to shut things down if I need to.

Simple battery connection and change out, no need to use screws and dis assemble the unit like other brands. I have had these ware out over many many years but they still last the longest and easy to swap out old batteries is a must for me.

Able to run my gaming computer at max potential with my monitor for 3 minutes or more, enough to withstand a electric blink.

Robust plug options

-Works as intented -Intuitive information present on LCD display -Alarm is mutable (although low battery will ignore this setting which isnt a bad thing in my book) -The Tripp lite software actually works. Tested 2 different settings. First was to shut down PC if on battery for 2 mins. The second was the shut down PC at 95% battery (didnt want to wait until the default setting of 50%). Both of these settings worked Please note that this program does require Java. So if that is an issue, you still have (very) limited interface options that mostly revolves around when to put the monitor and PC on sleep mode. -On full loud with pushing my CPU and GPU to max use (specs in misc comment section) this thing still had a full 40-45% before overload. ****Just had a brown out as I was typing this*** Battery kicked on as intended and while everything else in my house flickered, my pc/monitor kept getting the volts it needed to be in working order. This was the exact reason why I bought this unit. I lost a SSD to a brown out and surge protectors do absolutely nothing to help with this issue.

Let me start by saying I no longer own the 1 I use to have. CyberPower CP1200AVR 1200VA 720W 8 Outlets UPS. I bought this model above years ago. I had it for many years without issues other then software that I only tried once on an xp pc and it had to many bugs back then so I uninstalled it and ran the ups without it. The CP1200AVR I owned cost me roughly $160 back then and I had my pc with a 580w psu in it, 2 monitors, and a lamp connected to the battery side of the jacks (power went out everytime we had a bad storm I hated it so I bought this). I never had a problem with this unit when the power decided to cut out in my place at that time. I loved having this thing knowing my pc was safe from damage when power went out. This thing ran the things I mentioned above for around 30-45 min giving me plenty of time to do whatever I needed to and shut the pc down safely. once the pc was shut down I would use it for the lamp till power came back on. I'm desperately working on buying another 1 for my pc I have today. I paid to much and put a lot of time in building my new pc to have the power go out and destroy components on me.

Can silence beeps if needed Menu screen displays voltage, events, runtime, load, etc PC app easy to install and works as it should Compact and well designed with replaceable battery.
