After 10 months of system upgrades, and exploding one Computer Power Supply whilst doing so-this newly installed Surge Suppressor took a hit after I installed it day two. It was an undersurge, but I didn't lose any new Hard Drives. Do yourself a favor and just protect your computers/media centers/Playstations all that.

The battery pack works as expected. i was haveing too many surges when i use the AC and the microwave, now problems solved. APC even included free return shipping for my old depleated battery.

For basic use this is great. The multiple plugs and the one on the end for large bricks to plug into make this a great all purpose surge for our desk areas. And I like the longer cord because the outlets are always farther away especially if your running this surge under a desk and want to keep the cord out of the users feet area.

Battery was dead in my APC UPS ES 550. I wanted to use APC original battery and found the best price at Newegg. Installation was quick and easy. It has been working great.

Works like a charm, running two 22inch monitors and PC with 800 WATT Poersupply with no issues

I haven't even had this more than 2 weeks and it's already helped me out a ton. Had a power outage just the other day and this UPS worked like a champ. It's powering a rig with two 980 Ti Superclocked cards and three 27 inch monitors.

i got them on sale at black friday. very good high quality. just what i was looking for. i like the metal rather than plastic. these feel like they could be used in a machine shop or other industrial uses.

Wife got this for me for xmas - works great. I have a few of these Cyberpower units, this specific one backs up up my primary gaming / multimedia rig. It's dead silent, and so far haven't had a hiccup at all. Only one or two power blips here, but it kept everything up nice and smooth. Pure Sine wave is a plus.

***An updated after several months of usage, and a change in score to 5 stars as I've learned more about the unit. Buried in the software which is run through your web browser, is a setting to turn down the sensitivity on the incoming voltage which fixes my major con of this unit for me, the unit toggling between ac and battery constantly. *** Very straight forward to setup, the units interface is fairly intuitive to use. Provided me with roughly 30min of power for 2 computers, I7 7700K with a 1080ti, and a I9 10590XE with a 3080, a boat load of SSD drives between them, lots of peripherals and 3 monitors. No blip in the computers performance when switching between battery and ac driven power. Online web interface for real time monitoring of the unit is a nice plus, can send you email reports when issues arise with the unit. Clear instructions to position the unit in it's final resting place before you connect the battery. This style battery shouldn't be moved around once it's connected.

This battery is awesome. I replaced a couple of smaller UPS's with this one in a telco closet.. love the fact that i can just plug this into our comcast business modem and it goes to the net and does it's thing in the cloud. This did come with a 20Amp plug so i had to change it over to the regular straight plug.. but you can get adapters for those.
