Product as described. Prompt shipping. Had a failure in one of my surge suppressors (don't know if it was just a failure of components or an actual overvoltage problem-but it fried the electronics). This was available and I needed one with 6 outlets and 1 additional outlet for my Chromecast, this fit perfectly.

Great cable length, many outlets to choose from, and even the LEDs are a nice touch. Perfect to protect your expensive goodies.

I decided to search for a Tripp Lite product after having noticed that many businesses use this brand and figured they were probably built better and were actually tested to meet certain standards and would have to endure a much tougher environment than someones living room. The ISOBAR6ULTRA has a metal housing, is rated for a much higher surge than most retail suppressors and also has EMI/noise filtering. Additionally it has isolated filter banks which means that devices plugged into different outlets are isolated from one another so if one device has an interference, noise or power problem it will not affect the other devices plugged into the surge suppressor. Icing on the cake is a Protection Light which ensures that all filtering components are still functioning and a lifetime replacement warranty. I was looking for a better surge suppressor than the cheap plastic suppressors with equally cheap electronics inside available in big box retail stores. This is it.

You can mount 2 Transformers on the sides. You can mount the surge protector to a board or something.

Purchased 2 of these on sale and they work perfectly. with the spreading of sockets on one side it is easy to plug in power adapters with built-in transformers at the plugged. Great buy at $29.99 when I purchased in March 2013 and remains the same today.

this surge suppressor is just perfect. i bought it in order to protect my very beefy workstation setup and so far so good. i love the front switch and as well the amount of outlets. recommended :)

The plugs are aligned in such a way, that most wall-warts can be used with it, without one crowding out the other. I use this to power my guitar stomp boxes in my home studio. Each stomp-box has their own wall-wart/converter. I am able to run 6 pedals with no crowding, with 2 slots to spare. The Belkin is also built really well, with a long (8'), thick power cord. It is a heavy duty strip. The built-in 2500 joule' surge suppressor is more than adequate for most needs as well, offering good protection for any electronics plugged into the strip. I expect years of trouble-free use.

I have these throughout my home: I learned my lesson when I lost my Modem,and a HDMI input on my TV,because they weren't on a surge protector....bad storm.

-Well built even though it is lightweight. -Fail safe built in for surges over 1750 Joules. -Spaced, parallel outlets are useful for oddly sized plugs. -Recessed power button is hard to accidentally turn off with your feet!

Nice surge protector. Has an indicator for "not grounded" wall connection. Manual switch on the top. Looks slick. The cable management system is useful right off the bat. The wall plug is angled 30 degrees or so to the right, so it doesn't block the bottom receptacle where there are two AC plugs over/under. Plug cable is long enough for about anything you could expect to do with a surge protector. Amperage rating seems pretty impressive to me. I like the closing plug sockets too that keep junk out. Power conditioning claims also make it seem more useful than other cheaper units. Belkin is very thoughtful with their designs which is nice to see applied to such a mundane product category.
