Be sure to download the driver from the Wavlink site before you install this unit. I replaced an older 2.4GHz adapter and found out that Windows did not recognize this new Wavlink adapter. I put the old adapter back in, went to Wavlink, downloaded the driver for this model and the rest was super easy. This is a unit in my wife's office upstairs and the connection speed is ten times faster than the old adapter and she is happy......so I am happy.

Very fast card connecting at 980Mbps was easy to install in the computer(most hardware is lol) just make sure you use the drivers from the cd and this thing will work great. I can't say how good the product is or how long it will last yet as I havent had it long enough but I will update this if I have any issues!
