I don't need gaming or other heavy lifting for a CPU. I just needed a cool, quiet, modern platform that will last me for a good number of years. I chose Intel over AMD as I find Intel's Quick Sync hardware capabilities to be better in my application for a media server. This CPU fit the bill. It's the cheapest option to get into a socket 1851 platform at this time with no budget oriented Ultra 3, Pentiums, or Celeron chips available. Having 10 cores available is nice to have, but a bit overkill for my application. I am pleased with the CPU. It stays cool and quiet. The stock cooler has a copper core and is VERY quiet! It does everything I need.

It works perfectly and i had gotten sent a damaged motherboard but they replaced it with no fees or anything. The replacement works wonderfully and was easy to install.

This tower is nice to look at, quiet running, and keeps things inside cool. Good deal, good performance.

Same case different name, my 2nd one.. It looks nice, lots of room, I have the AMD Ryzen 7 9850X3D GIGABYTE X870 AORUS ELITE WIFI7 32G G.Skill 7200 Memory Lightly OC to 5.5GHz with temps 43 to 64 by using a great CPU grease Cooler Master CryoFuze W/m.k= 14m I set voltage - 20 with CPU Volt 1.18

*knock on wood* so far I have not had an Ironwolf drive fail in my NAS. Not even so much as 1 reallocated sector from the smart data.

These NVMe's are outstanding performers at this price point.

I always thought about Silverstone as a premium case brand. That is definitely the case here. This is a functional design that is wonderfully evocative of a bygone era of quality down to the weight and feel of the case itself. - Has 3x5.25 drive bays. - Has 4x3.5 internal HDD bays. - USB-A and USB-C ports (that are wonderfully hidden). - Enough space inside to be pleasant to build in while remaining compact.

- Other than the full wipe I did (security first!) the chip was recognized and worked well in multiple devices I tested. - In my ThinkPad, where I planned to use it, it was recognized by Win 10 Pro and was immediately available. No drivers to d/l or install. - Fast enough to play 4K and FHD videos as smoothly as videos on my m.2 SSD.

Aesthetically Pleasing To Look At Plenty Of Room To Work In Excellent Cable Management (Cable Channels Have Plenty Of Room) Smaller Than Some Other Big Name Dual Channel Case (Looked At Fractal Pop Vision 2 Case But Got This So That It Would Fit My Desk) Good Cooling (CPU Idle Temp Dropped About 2-3 Degrees Alone Over My Previous Case) Comes With 4 ARGB Fans That Are Nice!
