No added latency as far as I could tell. Plug wasn't too big for my monitor, allowing it to tilt freely.

High enough quality to do what you need to do at a cheaper price from a manufacturer that is getting better by the day - Saberent. Works like a charm at USB 3.0 speeds.

Just plug it in, no issues, problems or adjustments necessary allows screw connection to the monitor's VGA connector - this is an advantage, some adapters are held together by friction and can slide apart I prefer this form factor with the HDMI and VGA connected with a short cable. This provides flexibility in placement. One piece adapters can interfere with other equipment.

Easy to use and setup

Easy to use -- just plugged it in. It is very handy that I happen to be able to plug the USB power into the TV. I suppose it's working, because I haven't had to think about it. Works w/ Playstation 2. Fills the screen well. I haven't noticed any stretched. Not to say there isn't any stretching; but nothing that's obvious. There's some "blurriness" from upscaling, but I expect that to be the case playing such lower resolution devices on newer screens. It's handling the upscaling well!

Nice novelty to have

Does what it's advertised to do, took less then 20 minutes to transfer 205gbs from my old SSD to my new Samsung 850 PRO 512gb using the included software.
