Small, quiet, cool to the touch. Eats up data fast as SSD. I have the 8 Tb version

Easy to use.

Plug and play. Worked perfectly with the PS5

Massive storage, itty-bitty desk space. Equivalent to throwing a pile of DVDs into a cave - big room, little files. Plug and play functionality.

Quiet, reliable, quick transfers, simple setup.

I wanted a larger storage device. I only have two SATA III internal drive options on my motherboard and they are used, so I had to go external. I figure 10TB should last me a long time. The device works just like I wanted it to. It was a good buy for my needs.

Reasonable price and rma great service

This is my second one. My other is only 6TB but I use these for a media server to stream movies in our home. Same will be used on this 10TB version.

- Fast transfer speeds for and HDD (~215 MB/s) - Ample space for ample libraries (Can store as much as 2,564 DVD DL or 872 single layer BD-R) - Easy Setup (Literally plug and play)

Quick for a 5400 rpm drive. Plenty of Storage. Runs smooth with no issues. Easy Hook up.

Low Price Nice Enclosure, quality construction. Includes USB 3.0 Cable and 12V 1.0 Amp power adapter. 3 year warranty A normal internal WD BLUE 4TB hard drive Inside : 5400 RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Great for off-line storage, portable storage, or live backups. Enclosure is re-usable for any drive with a couple modifications. Only two types of computer owners in the world: 1. Those that do backups, 2. and those that WISH they did backups before their system crashed and erased everything !!!

Despite WD saying that this hard drive requires Windows or Mac, this external HDD works just fine on Linux (tested on Debian 9).

Love the drive. It is quick and user friendly. Holds a lot of data and works great for me. New Egg did a super job on taking my order and shipping...Shipping was speedy.

Easy setup, very very very quiet, transfer data pretty quick too 7200 rpm drive @ 8TB external

works a specified, does the job I need

Outstanding product for the price (169 USD) Works as expected, just like every other HDD on the market. Huge and slow (compared to SSD's), just as expected.
