This works beautifully for plugging a USB-C cable into a USB-A power adapter. It let me continue using my in-wall power extender (4 outlets + 4 USB power outlets, 3 USB-A but only 1 USB-C) when I suddenly had 2 devices that needed to charge using USB-C. Used this adapter to plug my new USB-C phone into one of the USB-A power outlets and all is still good! (Can't say the same for the USB-C to USB-A adapters from another vendor - the Hannord ones work great, but the ones from the other vendor charged exactly 1% overnight.)

The adapters were delivered in a reasonable amount of time, and they both work as expected. The best part is that you get two of them, so you have a backup in case something happens to your other adapter. This product is/was extremely useful for the work I do at school, so I'm quite happy with this product.

Works like I thought it would, mind you with all the new computers going to type C connector.

It got my Switch up and running as soon as I plugged it in, no setup required. Basically instant connection nearest I can tell. Don't know what more you could want, really.

The small length of cable ensures that the USB-C phone end isn't blocked by any phone case. Other brands of one-piece plug adapters sometimes make contact with the case and can't plug in securely.

This adapter has the Realtek RTL8153 chipset and is plug-and-play and requires no external software driver package. It works well and provides the needed download speeds.
