Fairly small - this was needed for the location these were being installed Powerful enough - they are only covering 1 PC and 1 other piece of equipment on each. Only need to last 45 seconds before house generator kicks in.

- Arrived well-before suggested delivery date. - Well-packaged to prevent any damage. - Set-up was easy with minimal, but very good instructions. - It has been in use for almost two weeks, and there have been no electrical incidents where the backup needed to turn on, so . . . will need to wait to comment on reliability. - Connected to the Back-UPS 1500 are an iMac with two ext HDD's, a Mac mini M2 Pro w/ 4TB of SSD, a studio monitor, and an OWC mini stack STX with a 4 TB HDD and 4 TB of SSD.

-Bulky and heavy, I can store other small object on top of it easily like a small switch and a raspberry pi without worrying about knocking it over -UPS seems to work as advertised, unplugged it with all my devices connected and it keeps them powered with about 28 minutes of battery life at full charge -Simple display screen to monitor wattage draw, battery life remaining, etc.

Excellent UPS system that has long battery life has saved my data during storms & several power outages.

My home gets outages in our area once in a blue moon that can hinder some programs I work with. Eco is a great option. Just thought I'd pass along: an Air Force buddy of mine gave me advice to make sure to not rest it on carpet if your desk is around it. These have notches on the back for elevating on a wall, so I did that for mine.

Being located in a remote National Park we get surges from lightning storms and fluctuation also in power drops, because the 70 mile above ground phone line is affected by wind etc . I would highly recommend this unit as it seems to even out the all of these fluctuations.

Lightweight Small footprint

My last APC purchase was many years ago and that unit lasted way past the rated replacement date. So when I went shopping they were my first choice. I hope the new builds are as good as quality as the one I had before. The new one is a larger unit and the nice feature I like is that I can see how many watts are being drawn when I plug something in so this device is also being used as a watt meter at times. A few dollars I've always meant to spend on a watt meter no longer needing to be spent. The other feature I like compared to my older unit is that I can turn off beeps. I don't want a noise telling me the power is out when I'll already know that has happened.

Great UPS for non- Active Power Factor Correction loads. Designed so batteries can be changed from the front- but... see Other thoughts. I used this UPS to power a Windows Home Server. Grid Junction UPS manager add on recognized the UPS, and all works perfectly- but... see Cons.

Been waiting for a storm to submit a review. This unit maintained my internet connection during a Tornado Warning and subsequent power outage. I love it!

Bought this to use on my storage server, I have 4 harddrives, a single core AMD sempron and onboard video. I get about 17 mins of runtime.
