Handles 12-24TB HDDs without issues (my old dock was hit or miss with any drives equal to or larger than 12TB). USB-C 10Gbps is a welcome upgrade over old 5Gbps when using 2.5" SSDs.

Has the ports I wanted to use Compact Passes power to the laptop and connected devices without issues Stays barely warm while operating

Appears to work fine for holding a drive I use in a zfs mirror

- Works very well with Dell products - Works with other products (I use mine with a Lenovo Thinkpad T14 and it works fine) - Long thunderbolt docking cable. Many other docks, while cheaper, do not have a long cable which makes cable management and flexibility an absolute nightmare.
