This bay works perfectly. Drives dock easily and effortlessly. The latches and release mechanisms for inserting and removing drives work smoothly and without resistance or extra fumbling or jangling. The construction feels solid and tight. I have been swapping drives in and out multiple times a day for a few weeks with no issues. The LED is nice to have as that visual cue to reflect which drive is active.
