Fits what it says it fits.

It works with my case's tooless brackets and isn't flimsy like other 2.5" adapter trays made from plastic or too thin like other metal brackets I used that don't like the track rails of some toolless deigns in some PC cases. Fits two 2.5" drives as advertised

These thermal pads are the same as you would get with any NVMe enclosure. They are thermally stackable. I had a gap issue with a NVMe enclosure that I had purchased a while ago. The pad that came with the enclosure wasn't thick enough. The NVMe SSD. would get so hot I needed to open the enclosure to cool it down to complete the transfer. I found these pads on Newegg and for the price I figured I'd give it a try. The gap was so wide I had to stack 2 on top of the existing pad to make contact with the enclosures heat sink. I tried a similar sized transfer. No more issues with the NVMe getting too hot and the transfer went strait through. I'm glad I took a chance. Now I don't need to replace the enclosure. If you do find that you need to stack 2 or more thermal pad, make sure there are no air bubbles trapped between them.

Great package. Every thing you need to place a 2.5 drive in a desktop tower.

Easy to install Easy to use Power Switch Only $10 on sale Easy to mount and unmount in Linux without rebooting. I have GRUB on an internal drive and can select to boot from this drive. UUIDs are not changed so boot is the same even if the physical location has changed.

Easy to install FIts SSDs and 7mm Hard drives Comes with screws Trays slide in and out easy Fits inside a standard 5.25 Optical Bay Slightly cheaper than ICY DOCk's

Looks nice, works well. It has a blue power LED and a red activity LED. It gets power from a regular Molex connector which is great for those older machines that don't have power supplies with the newer SATA power connectors.

works good for what it is made for, Holds the drive in place.

Nice and sturdy. I have no problems with the latch once I figured it out. Not too hard to do. I'd rather have it tight than loose. Normal height 3.5 inch hard drives have a nice, snug fit. (Without an anti-static bag) Four 2.5 inch drives fit sideways, but not a snug fit, which is OK. (Not the use case) The "protrusion" on one side of the case will fit into the "depression" on the other side of the case. When stacked, the cases will "lock" together.

They hold my hard drives perfectly. They are not Loose. They don't rattle around. I keep many hard drives in these.

Great product, that allows you to use up those 5.25" bays that are taking up space in micro cases. Who is really using optics in those these days!? With that said: Has the ability to add a hard drive and 2 solid state drives in 1 5.25" bay or Mix it up and add a 2 SSD's and some USB 3.0's/card readers Lastly, make the best of your micro case and get one of these!

Solid works as expected Bought on sale for $40

I thought this is the only 12Gbps hot-swap hard drive module I could found. Built a file server and like to try SSD drives for maximizing data transfering speed. This module’s performance is pretty impressive for me! The 12Gbps mini-SAS HD is awesome!

Exactly what I wanted, metal not plastic

Very good construction. This item is made of steel and is heavy, not made of cheap plastic. The screw holes line up perfectly for the Samsung 850 Pro drives I have. Works in tower model (aluminum case) Mac Pros with 4 drive bays. Also works in HP z800 series workstations, at least my z800 (2010. 2011?). The drive plugs into the adapter built onto the unit which provides the interface that plugs into the computer. I did not use this in an application that uses cables: only in systems where you slide the adapter into a drive bay using a tray and lock it into place. Highly recommended for this type of application.

I like these and have used them quite a bit. I often opt for a 4 drive x 3 slot trayless bay instead, but on some cases when I just want 1 or 2 drives, I use these and they've worked well.

Nice tech, nice look almost perfect and fun to install The weight or heft feels like quality

It's a sturdy plastic, padded, anti-static case, and priced right in a 5-pack
